I'm glad you're seeing improvements! Just be cautious with the injections and monitor for any signs of an allergic reaction or liver problems.
I think it's important to remember that everyone's experience with medication can be different. What works for one person might not work for another.
I had severe stomach pain and nausea when I started Somavert. But my doctor said it's one of the more common side effects and gave me some meds to manage it. Stick it out if you can, it did get better for me. Also, do you get any weird skin sensations, like burning or tingling?
Damn, I hope you feel better soon! Acromegaly sucks, but at least we have meds to help manage it.
