I've been on Tilia FE Tablets for a few months now, and I've noticed some changes. I love that it has iron, as I used to get really tired and weak around my period. But I've been getting some headaches and nausea. Anyone else experience this? I'm wondering if it's just my body adjusting or if I should talk to my doctor about switching to a different birth control. Also, has anyone else had any issues with liver problems or breast lumps? Scared to research too much. Thanks for any advice!

I've been on Tilia FE for a year now, and honestly, it's been a game-changer for me. I used to have super heavy periods and was always anemic. The iron in Tilia really helped with that. But I did experience some spotting between periods for the first few months. If you're concerned about headaches or nausea, try taking your pill with food or at night. Talk to your doctor if you still experience bad side effects. I never experienced anything life-threatening like breast lumps or liver problems. But I did gain some weight. I know everyone is different, but I think it's worth discussing your concerns with your doctor.

I keep forgetting to take my pill at the same time every day. I'm wondering if that’s messing with my period. Anyone else have this issue? It’s a struggle.

I tried Tilia but switched because of headaches and dizziness. Couldn't handle it. If you're experiencing those symptoms, maybe talk to a medical professional and consider other birth control options.

Is anyone else on Tilia FE for acne? I was prescribed it for birth control but noticed my skin has been clearing up. This is actually awesome.

Headaches and nausea are common side effects. I used to have them with my old birth control. The trick I found was to take my pill with a glass of water and a light snack to honestly help. It doesn't always work, but it kinda helps.

I’m so glad you mentioned the iron! I’ve been on Tilia FE for about six months, and the iron has been a lifesaver. I used to feel so exhausted during my periods, but now I feel much more energized. As for the headaches, I found that staying hydrated and getting enough sleep helped a lot. Just remember, everyone’s body reacts differently to these things. But seriously, if you’re feeling concerned about those problems, talk to your doctor. I heard that someone got a blood clot from this 20 years ago, but the docs said it was rare. You need to figure out how meds will react in your body, not someone else's.
