My experience with Tracleer 125mg Tablets for Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH). Anyone else on this medication?
I was recently prescribed Tracleer 125mg Tablets for my Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH). I've been on them for about a month now, and I'm curious to hear from others who have experience with this medication. What has your experience been like? Have you noticed any significant improvements in your ability to exercise or any concerning side effects? I've been lucky to avoid any serious issues, but I do experience some nose irritation and flushing. I know that everyone's experience can be different, so any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I'm so glad to hear that others have had positive experiences! I've had some mild headaches and flushing, but I'll keep an eye out for any more serious side effects. Thanks for the tips on managing the nose irritation and fluid retention.
Tracleer saved my life, literally. I was in bad shape before starting it. No more fainting spells or abnormal heartbeat. But be careful with the fluid retention – it can sneak up on you. Keep an eye on your weight and swelling, and let your doctor know if you notice any changes.
I was really worried about the side effects of Tracleer, especially the serious ones. But honestly, getting regular check-ups and keeping open communication with my doctor has made all the difference. We caught a mild case of fluid retention early on, and adjusting my dose helped a lot.
This is a bit off-topic, but has anyone had success with combining Tracleer and other medications? I'm curious to know if there are any synergistic effects or increased side effects.
