I've been on Tri-Lo-Marzia Tablets for about 6 months now, and while I generally like the convenience of a daily pill for birth control, I've had some side effects that I'm not sure are normal. I've experienced some mild headaches, nausea, and even a bit of weight gain. But my main concern is that I've had some spotting between periods, and I'm not sure if that's something I should be worried about. I've also noticed some changes in my mood, and it's hard to tell if it's the pill or just everyday stress. Has anyone else experienced anything similar? I'd love to hear your thoughts and experiences!

I actually love Tri-Lo-Marzia. The side effects are worth it for me. I've had no side effects, and my periods are much lighter. I've told all of my friends to try it.

I stopped taking Tri-Lo-Marzia because of the mood swings. They were unreal! I felt like I was on an emotional roller coaster. My doctor switched me to a different pill, and I feel much better now. I'd recommend talking to your doctor about switching if the side effects are really bothering you.

Weight gain is a bummer, I've gained about 8 lbs since starting this pill. I've been trying to watch my diet and exercise more to counter it.

I've had some weird pains in my lower abdomen and I am concerned. Should I seek medical help?

I'm on the same pill. I put sunscreen everywhere, and I've even seen patches on my face. It's annoying, but I don't have any other side effects.

I've heard some people have severe allergic reactions to this pill. I've never experienced anything like that, but if you notice any signs of an allergic reaction, go to the hospital ASAP.

Mood changes and spotting are common but if you notice any signs of a blood clot, such as chest pain, shortness of breath, or swelling in your leg, go to the ER right away. That stuff is no joke.

I've been on Tri-Lo-Marzia for a year and haven't had any serious side effects, but I did have some spotting in the first few months. It went away after a while, so don't worry too much about that. As for the mood changes, try to keep a mood diary and see if you can correlate it with your pill cycle. My doc said that mood swings can be a common side effect, but it's always best to check with your healthcare provider.

I agree, the spotting was my least favorite part. But I think it's really important to track your side effects and symptoms and to talk to your doctor if you feel anything is wrong. I want everyone to be healthy.
