I was prescribed Udenyca Onbody 6mg/0.6ml Pf Inj after my last round of chemotherapy to help boost my white blood cell count. Has anyone else used this medication? I'm curious about the side effects—I've heard they can be pretty severe. What should I watch out for? I've also been reading about something called Capillary Leak Syndrome (CLS). How serious is this condition, and what symptoms should I look out for? Any advice or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated!

I just want to say, my doctor recommended a bunch of follow ups so they could monitor everything.

I've heard that CLS can be life-threatening. It's definitely something to take seriously. If you notice changes in urine output, swelling, or shortness of breath, get to a doctor right away. I've seen how dangerous it can get.

Thanks for sharing everyone. It's good to know I'm not alone in this. I'll keep a close eye on those symptoms and stay in touch with my healthcare team. It's definitely tough, but with the right support, we can get through it.

I got weird chest pains and tightness after taking Udenyca. I was scared, but it turned out it was just anxiety. The doctor assured me it was a normal reaction, but it still freaked me out a lot.

The injection site issues were a bit tough. I had redness and soreness, but it settled down after a few days. Definitely use ice or a cool compress if it gets too bad.

Some of the side effects sound really scary. I’d be calling my doctor about anything unusual.

I had a similar experience with side effects. I had pain in my arms and legs, and it was pretty bothersome for a while. But the doctor managed it with some pain medication. It's a tough road, but it's a necessary step sometimes.

I was on Udenyca for a while after my chemo treatments. The side effects were manageable for me, but I did experience some muscle pain and redness at the injection site. Make sure to stay in touch with your doctor and report any unusual symptoms right away.

Seriously, anyone who experiences symptoms like fever or chills should keep an eye on it. A friend of mine had a bad reaction to chemo drugs and ended up in the hospital.
