As a chronic kidney disease patient on dialysis, I've been prescribed Vafseo 300mg Tablets to help treat my anemia. It's been a few weeks now, and I've noticed some improvements in my energy levels. However, I've also experienced some side effects like diarrhea and stomach pain. I was wondering if anyone else has had similar experiences or if they have any tips on managing these side effects. Also, I've been a bit worried about the serious side effects listed in the medication guide. Does anyone have any advice on how to monitor for these or has anyone experienced them? I want to make sure I'm doing everything I can to stay safe while taking this medication. I've also been considering reporting some of my concerns to the FDA, but I'm not sure if it's worth it. Thoughts?

This thread is making me nervous, lol. I'm on Vafseo and haven't had any issues yet, but now I'm worried about all these side effects. Maybe I should talk to my doctor about it?

I've been on Vafseo for a while, and it's helped my anemia a lot. I also experienced some stomach issues at first, but they eventually went away. I found that taking the tablets with food helped a lot. As for the serious side effects, just keep an eye out for any unusual symptoms and talk to your doctor regularly. It's always better to be safe.

I've heard that some people have had issues with blood clots while on Vafseo. If you start feeling any pain or swelling in your arms or legs, or have trouble speaking or swallowing, get to a doctor ASAP. It's not worth the risk.

Cold sweats and confusion sound pretty serious. Definitely glad you listened to your doctor. I've had some weird side effects too, but nothing like that. Stay safe out there, folks!
