I've been using Veltin Gel 60gm for the past month to treat my acne, and I'm seeing mixed results. The gel contains clindamycin and tretinoin, which are supposed to kill acne-causing bacteria and promote skin cell turnover. However, I've experienced some side effects, such as slight skin irritation and dryness. Has anyone else used this gel? Did you have any side effects, and if so, how did you manage them? I've also read about the potential for more severe side effects like allergic reactions and bowel issues, which is a bit concerning. I'm curious to hear about other people's experiences and any tips on making the most of this treatment.

I've used other topical antibiotics and retinoids before, but Veltin Gel seems to be the most effective so far. I've had some dryness, but it's manageable. Stick with it and it works great.

I had a really bad reaction to Veltin Gel. My skin got extremely dry and started peeling. I had to stop using it after a week. I'm not sure if it was worth the side effects for me. Has anyone else had similar issues?

The urgent side effects are scary: if you have a severe allergic reaction or any kind of diarrhea, stop using this and contact your doctor right away. If you are allergic to doxycycline, do not use this, either. Also, the FDA site has a whole list of symptoms to watch out for when using antibiotics.

I've been using Veltin Gel for about two months now, and it's been a game-changer for my acne. I did experience some initial irritation, but using a gentle moisturizer helped a lot. Just be patient and give it time to work. Is it worth it? Absolutely!

Anyone else feel like they have a shortage of Veltin Gel every month? My pharmacy always seems to run out. They tell me it's a regional issue.
