I started taking Xpovio 50mg Tablets a few months ago as part of my cancer treatment regime, and I've had a mix of positive and negative experiences. I've found that the medication effectively helps in managing my symptoms and has lessened my tumor growth. However, I've also experienced some severe side effects like shortness of breath and numbness in my hands and feet. I'm looking for more information on how others are managing these side effects. Also, what should I be aware of in terms of severe allergic reactions? It would be great to hear from anyone who's had similar experiences or any advice on how to cope with these side effects.

I had severe diarrhea and nausea, to the point where I had to be hospitalized. They managed to stabilize me after a few days, but I still had to take the medication. It was tough, but I'm happy to say it's working against the cancer.

What I have found is that I have to change my diet to help with the side effects. I've stopped eating dairy and gluten and I feel a bit better. I am prescribed Xpovio for MDS (myelodysplastic syndrome).

I think it's important to remember that everyone's experience with medication can be different. What works for one person might not work for another. I've also found that exercise has helped with some of the side effects.

I recently switched to Xpovio from another medication and I'm so glad I did. I've had fewer side effects and it seems to be working better for me. Good luck to everyone out there fighting cancer.

I've had the opposite experience. I've had no side effects at all. I've been taking it for a year now. My oncologist said I was lucky.

It sounds like you're going through a lot right now. I also had to watch out for allergies and had to adapt to facing frequent shortness of breath. I hope you've found a way to manage it, it was tough for me initially but it seems easier now.

Can anyone suggest any natural remedies that can help with the side effects? I'm trying to avoid taking more medication if possible, and wanted to know if anyone had any tips.

I'm not a doctor, but I've been through this. If you are experiencing numbness and tingling, is it possible that you have a nerve issue? You need to get this checked out.

I've been on Xpovio for about 6 months now and I have experienced several side effects, but nothing severe. I experienced muscle cramps and fatigue, but my doctor adjusted my dosage and it helped a lot. I would suggest keeping in close contact with your doctor.
