My experience with Xtandi 80mg Tablets for Prostate Cancer treatment
I recently started taking Xtandi 80mg Tablets for prostate cancer treatment. The medication has been effective so far, but I've experienced some side effects that I want to discuss with others. Like many medications, Xtandi can have a range of side effects, some of which are mild and others that are quite severe and can require immediate medical attention. I noticed the fatigue and weaknesses right away but it got better over time. I am pretty happy with it, but I'd love to hear from others who have experience. What side effects have you experienced, and how did you manage them? Also, did anyone ever experience neurological issues after taking this medication. If so, what were the symptoms?

Thanks for the tip. I've been thinking about keeping a journal but haven't started yet. I'll definitely do that now. Hopefully, it'll help my doctor adjust my treatment if needed. Thanks for the tip!
Just wanted to chime in and say I've been on Xtandi for a year now and have had no issues so far. Knock on wood. I hope things get better for you.
I got a severe bone pain a few weeks ago. It was terrifying. I went to the hospital and they told me it could be linked to the medication. I returned to my doctor and they recommended a new medication.
Totally agree. Keeping a journal is such a good idea. I remember having a lot of confusion at first as well, but I wrote it all down, brought it to my doc, and it really helped. My doc kept my dosage the same, but I'm managing well with a few lifestyle changes.
