I've been on Isturisa 1mg Tablets for about 6 months now, and I've noticed a significant reduction in the symptoms of my Cushing's disease. The medication works by blocking an enzyme that produces cortisol, which has been a lifesaver for me. However, I've experienced some side effects like fatigue and stomach issues, but nothing too severe. I wanted to start this thread to share my experiences and hear from others who might be going through the same thing. What has your experience with Isturisa been like? Have you encountered any serious side effects or found any tips to manage the common ones? Let's discuss!

I started taking Isturisa about a year ago, and it's been a mixed bag. On one hand, my cortisol levels have stabilized, and my mood swings have decreased significantly. On the other hand, I've had some pretty bad headaches and joint pain. I've found that staying hydrated and taking over-the-counter pain relievers helps, but it's still a struggle sometimes. I'm curious if anyone else has had similar experiences or any tips on managing these side effects.

I just started Isturisa a few weeks ago, and I'm already feeling a bit anxious. Is it normal to feel this way, or should I be concerned?

I've been on Isturisa for about 5 months, and I've noticed a lot of hair loss. I asked my doctor and she told me it could be a side effect of the medication. I'm hoping it’s temporary, but I'm worried. Has anyone else experienced this?

I've noticed that a lot of people mention headaches as a side effect. Has anyone found any specific remedies or medications that helped with that?

I had a scary experience with a really low potassium level last month. It was a bit terrifying, but I got through it. I've started monitoring my levels closely at home and taking potassium supplements. Just make sure you stay on top of your blood tests and listen to your body.

I read the side effects and was worried about the adrenal gland problems. My doctor explained that it's rare if you are under constant medical supervision and blood tests, so I feel a bit better about taking it now. I’ve seen some serious negative comments, but so far, it seems to be worth it.
