I've been on Premarin for a year now and it's been a lifesaver for my hot flashes, but yes, the fluid retention was a bummer. Drink lots of water and cut back on salt. It helps!

I only used it for a couple of months and didn't feel it helped much. I decided to change my diet and include more soy products to get the estrogen I need
