I am really worried about my son as he is on the Oncaspar 750/ml Inj, 5ml for his leukemia. He is showing some serious signs of high blood sugar and bleeding! I don't know what to do. I wanted to know if anybody else's child has gone through this and has any advice. The doctors are doing their best, but I feel like I need to do more for my child. What can I do to help him?

I had a similar experience with my brother. He had severe headaches and neurological symptoms. Make sure to monitor his symptoms closely and document everything. It can help the doctors adjust his treatment plan.

Doctors sometimes have to closely watch the side effects, reduce dosage, or use an alternative treatment. Keep in touch with your medical team.

Bleeding is a scary one. Watch for any signs of internal bleeding or further issues. It might be time for the meds to be recalibrated or changed. I’ve heard some families switch to alternative treatments when things get too rough.
