I was prescribed Mycolog-II Cream 60gm for a skin infection caused by yeast that also has some inflammation. The cream contains nystatin and triamcinolone. Has anyone used this before? I'm a little worried about the side effects, especially the urgent ones. I want to know if anyone has had any issues with it or if there are any tips for using it effectively. Also, what are the most common side effects people experience? I don't want to be caught off guard if something happens.

I've used it before and it worked just fine for me. No major side effects, just a little bit of irritation at first. But it went away after a few days. I think it's worth trying if your doctor recommends it. Just be careful and keep an eye on things.

Be careful with the steroid component. It can thin your skin if used for too long. Make sure to talk to your doctor about how long you should use it.

This sounds like a great solution. But keep in mind to not get your hopes up for a quick fix, most of these creams take a while to show any effect. So try to be patient and keep using as per your doctors instructions.

I've used this before and it worked great for me. Just make sure to follow the instructions carefully. I didn't experience any severe side effects, but I did have some irritation at first.
