Mydayis, a long-acting stimulant medication, is often prescribed to manage Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in children and adults. Primarily it works by altering the chemicals in the brain to enhance focus, concentration, and impulse control. However, like other medications, it comes with a list of potential side effects ranging from mild to severe. I've been on Mydayis for about a year now, and while it's helped immensely with my focus and productivity, I've experienced some side effects that were uncomfortable at times. I’m curious to hear from others who have taken this medication. What side effects have you experienced, and how have you managed them? Additionally, for those newly prescribed, any tips for easing into the medication without letting side effects overwhelm? Let's share our experiences and tips on managing Mydayis effectively.

I had some really bad anxiety and thoughts of racing when I first started. But my doctor lowered the dose, and it’s been much better. But the side effects are tough so I think the best thing to do is to keep an open mind and solution to your life problems and communicate openly with your doctor.

Hey, I had difficulty getting or maintaining an erection for a year, but I didn't feel any other benefit from the drug. Is this a common side effect? I’ll be talking to my doctor about it soon.

Be careful with those side effects, some of them can be real risky. But I think it’s more than worth it to get my life back on track.

For me, it’s all about the headaches. I get them pretty frequently, but they're manageable with over-the-counter pain relievers. Just make sure to talk to your doctor about any side effects, even the minor ones. One thing I wish I knew earlier is how important it is to stay hydrated!

I’ve been on Mydayis for a few months, and the weight loss has been significant. I’m used to it now, but it was concerning at first. I’ve noticed an improvement in my ability to focus, which has been amazing for my work. Have any of you experienced the same level of weight loss, or has anyone managed to avoid it with diet changes?

I had to switch to Mydayis from Adderall due to insomnia, and so far, it's been great for my concentration. I’ve avoided the weight loss side effect by eating smaller, more frequent meals. It’s worth discussing diet with your doctor if you’re concerned about weight loss. Also, anyone else notice a bad taste in their mouth? How do you deal with that? I just carry mints around all day

I've had stomach pain and occasional diarrhea, which wasn't fun, but it's manageable. Just keep track of your symptoms and talk to your doc. I think Mydayis has made a huge difference in my quality of life. Super grateful for this med! Just remember to stay hydrated and take it with food if you get stomach issues.

I’ve been on Mydayis for about 2 months now. It’s helped a lot with my focus, but I’ve noticed some changes in my eyesight. I might be getting some glasses to see how that goes. Always good to check in with your doc regularly to assess how things are going.

I’ve been on different ADHD meds, so I can totally relate to the struggle. I had trouble sleeping too, but I found that taking it a bit earlier in the day helped. Also, purple wine is your friend.

I've been taking Mydayis for a year, and it’s honestly been a game-changer for my ADHD. The side effects were tough at first—insomnia and anxiety were the worst—but I adjusted my dosage and timing with my doctor, and now it's much better. My advice to anyone just starting: go slow, communicate with your doctor, and be patient with your body's adjustment period. It gets better!
