I've recently been prescribed Myleran 2mg Tablets (Busulfan) for my chronic myeloid leukemia and I'm absolutely terrified. The side effects list is horrifying. Has anyone had experience with this medication? I'm particularly worried about the signs of infection and bleeding. Is it common to experience these? What did your doctor say? Any advice on managing these side effects or tips for coping? I'm really struggling here and could use some support.

I heard that Busulfan can cause some serious skin reactions. Has anyone experienced this? My doctor made me feel better when they explained how these side effects might manifest. I hope you can get some relief soon.

Keep in mind that the side effects listed are not guaranteed to happen to everyone. My friend was on Busulfan and only had mild side effects. If she can do it, so can you. Your doctor will be able to help you figure out the best way to handle this. Be strong.

I know this is a tough time, but try not to worry too much about the side effects. Focus on staying positive and strong. You're not alone in this fight. It's going to be okay.

I had some scary symptoms at first, but my doctor assured me that those are rare. I didn't experience any severe allergic reactions or seizures. I did have some mild stomach pain and nausea, but it was manageable with medication. Make sure to report any side effects to your doctor immediately. Trust them.
