I've been using Natesto 5.5mg/act Nasal Gel Pump for about three months now to treat my low testosterone levels. Overall, I've seen some improvements in my energy levels and sex drive, but I've also encountered a few side effects that I wasn't expecting. I'm curious to know if anyone else has had similar experiences or if there are any tips for managing these side effects. For example, I've been dealing with frequent nosebleeds and a stuffy nose, which can be quite uncomfortable. Does anyone have any advice on how to handle these issues, or should I talk to my doctor about switching to a different treatment? I would really appreciate any insights or recommendations.

I've had some emotional changes, it can be pretty rough. Got a lot of irritability and mood swings, though I suppose it's better than feeling like a zombie. But yeah, talk to your doctor before you go too much longer.

I've been on Natesto for a year now and the nose side effects are definitely the worst. I found using a humidifier at night helped a lot with the dry, irritated nose. Also, gently blowing your nose after application can help remove excess gel to minimize discomfort in my experience.

This medication is not for everyone, but if you are struggling with low T and can tolerate the side effects, then it can be a game-changer. Just remember to monitor your symptoms closely and keep your doctor in the loop about any changes you experience.

I've found that rotating the nostrils each time I apply the gel helps with the nosebleeds. It gives the other nostril a chance to recover. Also, make sure you're applying it correctly; a lot of people miss the correct angle and that can cause issues.

This shit is a godsend. Energy levels are through the roof and I feel like a new man. Side effects? What side effects? 😎

I’ve been on Natesto for a while and my depression and anxiety got worse. I informed my doctor and got anti-depressants in addition to the Natesto. Now things are better. Don’t ignore the emotional changes; they might be the signs of something more serious.
