That's tough to hear. I hope your new treatment is going better. I had some fatigue too, but managing my diet and exercise has helped.
I was so scared of the side effects, but after a month, I feel like I've adjusted pretty well. Just take it one day at a time and talk to your doctor if anything gets too bad.
I've been lucky with fewer side effects, just some mild dizziness and a bit of fatigue. It's more manageable than stuff I've taken before. I think my body just adjusted.
