Neffy is a new nasal spray containing epinephrine, designed to treat severe allergic reactions (anaphylaxis). It promises quick action to open airways, stabilize blood pressure, and reduce swelling. However, it’s for emergency use only, and users must seek immediate medical attention afterwards. The side effects can be alarming, ranging from nose and throat irritation to severe symptoms like abnormal heartbeat. Have you used Neffy? How did it work for you? What were the side effects like? Let’s discuss the pros and cons and share our experiences.

I have pre-existing heart issues and was hesitant to use Neffy. Had my doctor not reassured me, I might have panicked. But it really came in handy during a severe allergic reaction at a party. Make sure you have it handy if you or someone you know gets unreliable allergic reactions. Always better safe than sorry.

I think the worst part is the dizziness and fainting. Had to lay down for a while after using it. But it definitely saved me from a really bad reaction.

I had to use Neffy last month after a severe peanut allergy reaction. It worked like a charm, but I felt really jittery and anxious afterward. My doctor assured me it was normal but still, it was a bit scary.

What happens if you accidentally use Neffy when you're not having an allergic reaction? Does it have any long-term effects?

Neffy saved my life last summer when I had a severe reaction to a bee sting. The side effects were intense, but worth it to be able to breathe again.

Has anyone experienced severe side effects like an abnormal heartbeat? I'm really worried about that.

I used Neffy once and experienced some tingling and sweating. Not fun, but better than the alternative of struggling to breathe.

One thing I wish I'd known before using Neffy was how intense the anxiety could be. I felt like I was having a panic attack on top of my allergic reaction, it was a lot to handle.
