I just started taking Xcopri 12.5-25mg Titration Pak 28s for my focal-onset seizures. The titration process is a bit daunting and the side effects list is quite long. I am curious to know if anyone else has gone through this? How were your experiences with the side effects, particularly the urgent ones like allergic reactions and suicidal thoughts? My neurologist was very thorough but it's always good to hear from others who have been through it. What can I expect in the first few weeks? Has anyone noticed any improvements after completing the titration pack?

I had muscle pain and weakness at first but it got better. You have to be persistent with Xcopri. It’s a game-changer for me and I hope it works for everyone else too.

I had to switch from my previous meds to Xcopri because nothing else was working. I've had no serious side effects. My seizures are way down and I feel more alert.

I am on week 3 of the titration and I barely feel any effects except for some dizziness. I hope it continues to work and my seizures go away. Best of luck to everyone on this journey.

I didn’t realize Xcopri had such a long list of side effects. Good thing I am careful and I read all the information my doctor gave me.

Has anyone had issues with the titration? I feel like the increase is too slow, but I know it's supposed to help reduce side effects. Would love some reassurance or tips.

I had a bad reaction to the initial dose and had to stop. I had hives and swelling around my mouth. I went straight to the ER

I was really nervous about the suicidal thoughts side effect, but my doctor assured me that it's rare and that I should call his office immediately if that happens. It's all a bit scary, to be honest.

My wife experienced shortness of breath and the doctor suggested she stop taking it. I'm glad you all are having better experiences, because epilepsy can be so hard to manage.
