I've recently been diagnosed with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) and my doctor has prescribed Tadliq 20mg/5ml Oral Susp 150ml. I've been reading about the side effects and I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed. Has anyone else had experience with this medication? I'd love to hear about your journey, what side effects you experienced, and how you coped with them. Also, what should I do if I experience any of the urgent side effects listed? Should I go to the ER or call my doctor first? Any advice would be appreciated!

I've been on Tadliq for a few months now and I've had some mild side effects like flushing and headache, but nothing too serious. I think it's important to stay in close contact with your doctor and report any side effects, even if they seem minor. As for the urgent side effects, definitely call your doctor right away or go to the ER if it's something serious. But don't panic — the odds of having a severe reaction are low, but it's always important to be cautious.

Tadliq can be a lifesaver for some people with PAH. Make sure you take it exactly as prescribed. Also, keep a journal of how you’re feeling — it can really help your doctor adjust your treatment if needed.

I had a similar experience with a different PAH medication and had some severe reactions. It was scary, but my doctor was able to manage it. I’m glad I had regular check-ins so I could catch it early. Don’t hesitate to contact your doctor if anything feels off.

I had the painful side effects and it was a nightmare. I switched to a different medication and it helped. If you feel disappointed with Tadliq, ask your doctor about alternatives.

I started Tadliq a few months back and it's been a game-changer for me. The side effects were minor and manageable, but the improvement in my symptoms was huge. Definitely worth the trade-off in my book.

Short term or long term use? Just curious as to what the duration should be expected.

I had a friend who took Tadliq for a while and he said it helped a lot with the symptoms and went away pretty smoothly but he did experience a few slight side effects. I'm sure you can manage too, it just takes a little time to adjust.
