I've been using Nicotine Pol 2mg Mint Gum 100s for a few weeks now to help me quit smoking. The gum has been a lifesaver in reducing my cravings and withdrawal symptoms. It's amazing how a small piece of gum can make such a big difference. I chew it slowly as instructed, and it really helps with the nicotine withdrawal. I've noticed some side effects like mouth tingling and a bit of a headache, but nothing too serious. Has anyone else tried this and had similar experiences? Also, how do you handle the urge to chew more than the recommended amount? I'm curious to hear from others on this journey.

I found that keeping the gum in my mouth longer than recommended helped me a bit more. Just don't swallow it (even though I'm tempted to!)

I think the mint flavor is great. It makes it feel more like a treat than a chore. Plus, it helps with the bad breath from smoking.

I've had some bad side effects like dizziness and blurred vision. I think I might need to switch to a different method.

Be careful with the dosage. I chewed too much and got a nasty headache. Stick to the instructions.
