I recently started using Nicotine Pol 4mg Orig Gum to help me quit smoking. It's been a few weeks now, and I've found it really helpful in reducing my cravings. However, I've also experienced some side effects that I didn't expect. I'm curious to hear from others who have used this product. What side effects have you experienced, and how severe were they? Did anyone notice a difference between the 'Original Gum' and other brands like 'Nicorette' that I have tried? I've noticed some gum irritation, bad dreams, and feeling nervous. These side effects aren't too bad, but I'm wondering if there's a way to mitigate them. What do you think?

I've had some minor side effects with Nicotine Pol, but they're not too bad. It's worth it to quit smoking, in my opinion.

I've tried Nicotine Pol and Nicorette, and honestly, I found Nicorette to be more effective. I had less irritation and fewer side effects. I tried the gum for a while and it didn't seem effective enough, the 4mg wasn't enough to get me through the day and the 2mg wasn't enough to control withdrawal. I think the best thing to do is try a couple brands and see what works best for you.

I've been using Nicotine Pol for about a month now, and it's been a game-changer. I didn't experience any major side effects, just some mild headaches and trouble sleeping at first. I've also tried 'Nicorette,' and I found the Original Gum to be much more effective. I think the key is to follow the instructions closely and not chew too much at once. Also, keep a bottle of mouthwash around to prevent mouth irritation. It's a small price to pay for kicking the habit.

I've had a weird experience with it. I started using it and after a week, I woke up with a red, swollen, blistered rash on my chest. I've used Nicotine gum for years and never had a reaction before. Did anyone else get this? I definitely felt scared there. I stopped right away.

I had some serious side effects with Nicotine Pol. I started experiencing chest pain and a fast heartbeat after a few days, so I stopped using it and called my doctor right away. Turns out, I had an allergic reaction. It was scary, but I'm glad I caught it early. Stick with the booklet instructions, and if you experience anything serious, go to the ER. It's not worth risking your health.

I've been using Nicotine Pol for a while and have had some side effects, but nothing too bad. I've experienced some mouth tingling and gum changes, but it's manageable. I've also had some trouble sleeping, but I take it in the morning and that seems to help.

I switched to the lozenge instead of gum because of the irritation and I find it much easier – no more sore jaw.

This gum really helped me quit. At first it was tough to get used to chewing it and not swallowing, but you get the hang of it. Just remember, it's not a magic solution. You still need to stay committed and motivated to quit. Don't give up if you experience some side effects; they will pass.

I've tried this gum as well and it helped me a lot, but I had a lot of side effects too. I was a heavy smoker for 15 years. So when the nausea started, I figured the side effects might be worth it. I just didn't expect to get the cold sweats on top of it. Isn't that weird? I thought I was going back to smoking for a week.
