So, I've been trying to quit smoking and I've been using Nicotine Polacr 2mg Gum. It's been helping a lot with the cravings, but I've been experiencing some strange symptoms. I've been on it for a month now and it's been great. A bit of a headache here and there, but nothing too bad. Just make sure to chew it properly and not too fast.
I had really bad back pain and joint pain for a while. I thought it was from the gum, but it turned out to be from a different issue. Just make sure to get checked out if you get anything serious.
I had a sore throat and mouth changes for a while, but it all went away after a couple of weeks. Stick with it, it's worth it!
Be careful with this stuff. I had a friend who got really bad chest pain and had to go to the hospital. Turns out it was a severe allergic reaction. If you feel anything like that, get to a doctor ASAP.
I also used this gum and it helped me quit, but I did get some weird tingling in my mouth. My doctor said it was probably just a normal reaction, and it went away after a few days. Stick with it if it's helping, but keep an eye on those symptoms.
