I've been on it for a month now and it's been great. A bit of a headache here and there, but nothing too bad. Just make sure to chew it properly and not too fast.
I had really bad back pain and joint pain for a while. I thought it was from the gum, but it turned out to be from a different issue. Just make sure to get checked out if you get anything serious.
I had a sore throat and mouth changes for a while, but it all went away after a couple of weeks. Stick with it, it's worth it!
Be careful with this stuff. I had a friend who got really bad chest pain and had to go to the hospital. Turns out it was a severe allergic reaction. If you feel anything like that, get to a doctor ASAP.
