I've recently started using Nicotine Polacr 4mg Cinn Gum 100's to help me quit smoking. I've been a smoker for over a decade, and the thought of quitting has always seemed daunting. However, I decided to give this a try since it helps reduce cravings and withdrawal symptoms without the harmful chemicals found in cigarettes. I'm a bit worried about the possible side effects, especially the urgent ones like allergic reactions and high blood pressure. Has anyone else used this product? What was your experience like? Were the side effects manageable, or did you encounter any serious issues? Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated!

I've had some joint pain and headache. I think the gum is helping, but I'm not sure if it's worth it.

I've used nicotine gum before, and it did help me quit. But I didn't know about the Polacr brand. Is it different from the others? I had some trouble sleeping and bad dreams, but nothing too bad. Just be prepared for some weird dreams!

I had a bad reaction to the gum. It was scary. I ended up in the ER with a rash. I would have had to stay overnight if they couldn't clear it up right away.

Be careful with that stuff—my friend had chest pain and had to go to the hospital. They told him it was probably from the gum. Scary stuff.

I'm on my third pack and I feel great. I have no advice. Yet. But check on me again in a month. I appreciate the encouragement everyone.

I tried it but switched back to regular gum. The cinnamon flavor was too strong for me. Good luck quitting!

I've been using Nicotine Polacr for a few weeks now, and it's been a game-changer. The cinnamon flavor is surprisingly good, and it's definitely helped with the cravings. I did have some mouth tingling at first, but it went away after a couple of days. No major side effects so far!
