I've been using Nicotine Polacr 4mg Mintgum 100s to help me quit smoking, and it's been a game-changer. The mint flavor makes it more tolerable than I expected, and it really helps with the cravings. I've noticed some side effects like mouth tingling and occasional headaches, but nothing too severe. Has anyone else tried this, and what were your experiences? Any tips on managing the side effects would be appreciated! Also I am curious about the serious side effects on the list. I'm hoping I won't experience those, but it's good to be aware. How many of you have tried to quit smoking using nicotine gum, and what have your experiences been like?

Nicotine Polacr is great, but be careful with the dosage. I started with 4mg and ended up feeling jittery and anxious, so I had to cut back to 2mg and am doing much better. Just listen to your body and be patient.

I tried Nicotine Polacr and it just didn't work for me. I felt sick and dizzy, and it made my chest feel tight. I had to stop using it and try something else. Just be careful and pay attention to how your body responds.

I found the advice to chew it for a certain amount of time and then rest it in your cheek to be really helpful. It's a great way to make it last longer and keep the nicotine delivery going.

I've had pretty good success with Nicotine Polacr. It worked for me. I started off with the 4mg dosing that was recommended to me at the store. But if you have a higher tolerance you may need to start with the 2mg dose. It helped me quit and my doctor was happy with the results and progress. But my gum was dry and a bit sore. Is this a common side effect?

The side effect list is a bit scary, but I haven't had any serious issues. Just some minor irritations. Stick with it if it's working for you, just keep an eye out for any serious symptoms, and talk to your doctor if the side effects are too much.

I switched to this from another brand and I'm glad I did. The mint flavor is a big plus, and it's helped me cut down significantly. Just be careful with the dosage—it's easy to chew too much!

I find chewing the gum a great way to keep my hands busy and mouth distracted. Just like a pacifier but with a purpose! I also sometimes chew it just for fun. Works well to distract from the cravings.

I thought nicotine gum would be just like chewing regular gum, but turns out it's not. It's an adjustment, but it's worth it to finally be able to quit. I also feel bad for my teeth after quitting. What do you want me to say? I feel like it’s sort of like that frozen pizza. It’s not great like real food. But it’ll do in a pinch.
