I've been using Nicotine Polacrilex 4mg Chewing Gum to help me quit smoking, and it's been a rollercoaster. The gum helps with the cravings, but I've had some side effects that have me worried. Has anyone else experienced anything unusual? The serious side effects list is quite scary. I've had some mild mouth tingling and trouble sleeping, but nothing too alarming. Just curious if anyone has had more severe reactions or if I should be concerned about these. Why would nicotine gum cause mouth tingling? Is this common? I'm also experiencing some irritation at the site of application which is not ideal. Does anyone have tips on how to deal with this? I am worried I might be having an allergic reaction as I've read. Any advice would be appreciated.

I had the same issue with mouth tingling. My doctor said it's normal and should go away as my body adjusts. Just make sure you're chewing it correctly and not swallowing too much. Also, don't forget parking it in the cheek to get the best results.

I've been using it for a while now and it's been working great. I've had some side effects such as blurred vision, but it's not too bad. I've been chewing it slowly and spitting it out after 30 minutes and it's been great so far. I've had some mouth tingling but it's not too bad. I've been using the gum for a month now and it's been working great. I've also had some drooling, but it's not too bad. I've also had some irritation at the site of application, but it's not too bad. I've had some gum changes but it's not too bad. Overall, I've been using the gum for a month now and it's been working great. I've had some side effects, but they're not too bad. It's been a bit of a rollercoaster, but overall it's been working great.

I've been using the gum for a few weeks now, and it's helped a lot with the cravings. I've had some minor side effects like headache and joint pain, but nothing too bad. Just make sure you're using it as directed and not overdoing it. I noticed that if I chew too much, I get a strange sensation in my mouth, so keep an eye on that. Also, stay hydrated! Chewing all that gum can dry out your mouth.

I'm on my second week with the gum and I'm actually liking it. I've had this feeling of being more on edge, but it's okay if it helps me to quit smoking. I've read that it could be because of the nicotine, but it could also be just the stress of quitting. Either way, it's manageable. So far, it's been helping a lot with the cravings, and I've only had minor side effects. I've been using this gum, and I've had some gum changes, but nothing serious. Just be careful that you're not chewing too much.
