The patches helped me a lot, but I also cut out caffeine and started exercising. That really made a difference in managing my withdrawal symptoms.

I love these patches. I never want to smoke again.
I started using these patches about two months ago and I haven't had any serious side effects. I did experience some bad dreams and sleep disturbances at first, but it got better over time. I'm just glad I finally got the resolve to quit. Stick with it!
Did anyone else have issues with the patches falling off? I found that using athletic tape to secure them helped a lot.
