I've been taking Nifedipine 60mg ER (cc) Tablets for a few months now to manage my high blood pressure. Initially, I had a few side effects like dizziness and flushing, but my doctor adjusted the dosage and it helped a lot. I'm curious to know if anyone else has experienced similar side effects and how they managed them. Also, what are your thoughts on the effectiveness of this medication? Has anyone noticed any significant improvements in their blood pressure or angina symptoms? I'd love to hear from others who have been prescribed this medication.

I didn’t notice any side effects and the doctor said it should help me along with a few lifestyle changes.

Be careful with grapefruit juice if you’re taking Nifedipine. It can interfere with how the medication works. I learned that the hard way!

It's important to take this medication with food to avoid stomach issues. Also, make sure you take it at the same time every day for it to be effective.

I had some severe headaches in the beginning but they went away after a week. It's been a smooth sailing since then. Don’t know what I would do without this medication, though.

I’ve used it to manage my blood pressure for years. It takes some trial and error to find the right dosage, but once you do, it’s like night and day. Just keep an eye on the side effects and talk to your doctor if anything feels off.

I had a really bad experience with Nifedipine. I started feeling really dizzy and my heartbeat was abnormal. I had to stop taking it and switch to a different medication. I think it’s important to monitor your symptoms closely when you start any new medication.

I experienced some pretty bad constipation and muscle cramps, which I rarely hear about. If you notice any of the urgent side effects, do not mess around and get help immediately. They can be serious.

I've been on Nifedipine for a while and I've noticed that it helps with my angina a lot. I used to get chest pain pretty frequently, but it's been much better since I started taking this. Just make sure you don’t miss a dose!
