I've been taking Ninlaro 2.3mg Capsules for a few months now as part of my multiple myeloma treatment regimen, which also includes lenalidomide and dexamethasone. I wanted to share my experiences and hear from others who might be taking this medication. How have your experiences been? Have you encountered any of the side effects mentioned, such as the ones related to liver problems or the more severe reactions? I've had some gastrointestinal issues, but they've been manageable so far. It's also comforting to know that the FDA is there if we need to report any issues we encounter. Let's discuss how we're managing the side effects and any tips we have for coping.

The gastro issues have been the most challenging for me, especially the constipation. I've been trying to stay on a better diet and drink more water, but it's a struggle sometimes. My doc recommended some stool softeners, which have helped a bit. But, quite honestly, the biggest hassle is trying to remember to take it once a week. I think it's easier to take meds daily.

I've had some strange skin reactions, like shingles. I never thought I'd get shingles; I thought that was something only old people got. Maybe it's because of this med, but it's been a real challenge. And, of course, I'm trying as best as I can to keep up my spirits.

This thread is a lifesaver! I'm new to this medication and feeling a bit overwhelmed. Reading everyone's experiences helps a lot. Thanks for sharing.

I had a real scare a while back when I started having some serious chest tightness and trouble breathing. Turns out it was just a panic attack, but it was a good reminder to stay calm and not jump to conclusions. Still, I did take it a bit too casually before that happened. Now I keep the symptoms list nearby, and I try to be more proactive.

I've been on Ninlaro for a while now, and while it's helped with the cancer, the side effects have been tough. I've had issues with swelling in my arms and legs and some weird sensations like burning and tingling. My doc says it's all part of the deal, but it's still frustrating. I've tried to manage it with light exercise and elevation of the affected areas. Also, staying hydrated has helped.

I've had some issues with weight gain, which is annoying. I've been trying to eat healthier and exercise more, but it's a struggle. Has anyone else had this problem and found a way to manage it?

I wish they had more info on how often these side effects happen. I saw a lot of scary stuff on the list, but my doc said not to worry too much about the rare stuff. I just want to know what to really expect, and the info about tumor lysis syndrome is a bit concerning. Fingers crossed I don't have to deal with that. They mentioned it's rare, but I'm a worrier by nature.

I'm glad to see others are dealing with these side effects too. I've been lucky so far, but the constant worry about the more serious side effects is tough. I've been keeping a closer eye on my urine and skin, but it's hard not to worry. I'm glad I can come here and get a sense of what others are feeling and dealing with, too. It's important that we share these concerns and experiences.

I just started this medication. My doc told me to watch out for the allergic reactions, but since I haven't had any, I'm hoping I won't. It feels okay for now, but I'll need to check out the FDA page to see what other people are reporting.
