My doctor told me to take it easy for the first few weeks. It helped a lot with the dizziness.
Make sure you're not doing anything strenuous while on this med. I had some issues with dizziness at first, but I stayed calm and didn't push too hard.
I switched to a different medication because the side effects were too much for me. Everyone is different, so it might work for you but if not, there are other options.
Be careful with the dizziness. I had to stop driving for a while until it passed. Definitely talk to your doctor about it.
