I've been on Nortrel 0.5/35 for about a month now, and while I haven't experienced any severe side effects like the ones listed in the description, I've had some mild ones that are a bit concerning. I've had some spotting between periods and occasional headaches, which are mentioned as possible side effects. I've also noticed some weight gain, which is not fun. I'm just wondering if anyone else has had similar experiences and how they dealt with them. I've also had questions about whether the pill can cause changes in mood, and if anyone has felt more irritable or had other mood swings while taking it. I've read that depression is a possible side effect, but I'm hoping it's not one that actually happens for most people. Also, does anyone know if it's normal to have to wait a full week to start a new pack after missing one pill? I appreciate any advice or shared experiences!

I've been on Nortrel for a while and haven't had any major issues. I've heard that weight gain can happen, but it might be worth tracking your diet and exercise to see if that's the cause. As for the missed pill, most doctors recommend taking it as soon as you remember and then continuing with the regular schedule, but I would definitely call your doctor to be sure.

I switched to a different brand because of the headaches. I think it's worth talking to your doctor about trying something else if the headaches are really bad. I think it's important to remember that everyone's body is different, so what works for one person might not work for another. As for the missed pill, I think it's important to call your doctor and ask what they recommend. It's always better to be safe than sorry.

I was on Nortrel and had some bad weight gain. I ended up switching to a different brand and it helped. I think it's worth talking to your doctor about trying something else if the weight gain is really bothering you. As for the missed pill, I think you can take it as soon as you remember and then continue on your schedule. Definitely call your doctor to confirm.

I switched from Nortrel to another brand because of the mood swings. It was making me feel so down that I just couldn't deal with it anymore. Maybe talk to your doctor about trying something else if the mood swings get bad. As for the missed pill, I think you can take it right away and then continue on your normal schedule.
