I've been taking OB Complete Petite Capsules since I found out I was pregnant, and I've heard a lot about them from my friends and family, but I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced any side effects. Are there any serious concerns I should be aware of? And does anyone have tips for dealing with the side effects? I've heard of green stool and stomach trouble. Do these go away?

I switched to these from another prenatal vitamin because I was worried about the preformed Vitamin A. So far, so good! No side effects that I've noticed, so maybe it's worth it to find a good prenatal vitamin that fits your needs. The website has a lot of information.
I had a friend who had a bad allergic reaction to these. She had to stop taking them right away. It's scary to think about that. THIS IS WHY I DONT TRUST THESE THINGS
I had the green stool thing, and it was kind of freaky at first, but my doctor said it's normal and just means the iron is doing its job. It went away after a while. I have heard it is just a good sign of the iron being absorbed.
I take these and I drink a green smoothie every morning. I wonder if that has made a difference.
