My sister had a weird one—her stools turned green! She called her doctor and they said it was normal due to the iron. She was so relieved! Anything else, you always want to call your doctor.
I've had no issues with OB Complete, but I did have to get used to the size of the tablet. It's pretty big! I take it with a full glass of water and it goes down easier.
Serious side effects are scary, but they are rare. Just keep an eye out and if something doesn't feel right, call your doctor. Better safe than sorry!
OB Complete has been a lifesaver for me! No side effects and I know I'm getting all the nutrients I need. Hoping it stays that way!
I had some bad constipation with OB Complete. I told my doctor and he suggested taking a stool softener. It worked like a charm. Also, maybe try taking your tablet with food. That helped me.
I had some stomach pains at first, but they went away after a week or so. If yours are lasting longer, definitely talk to your doctor.
