I've been taking these for my second pregnancy, and I definitely noticed a difference in my energy levels. No major side effects here, just a bit of nausea at first but it went away after a week.
These capsules have been a lifesaver for me. I was deficient in iron before I got pregnant, and these have really helped. I didn't experience any serious side effects, just a bit of constipation, which I managed with extra water and fiber. Highly recommend!
I got really bad stomach cramps and I had to stop taking them. My doctor suggested a different brand and I haven't had any issues since. Everyone is different, so it's best to see what works for you.
I'm on my third month of these and I've noticed my nails are stronger and my hair is growing faster. No side effects at all. Fingers crossed it continues as such!
