I've been taking OB Complete/DHA Capsules for about a month now, and I'm wondering if anyone else has tried them during their pregnancy. I've noticed a few changes, and I'm curious to hear about other people's experiences. These capsules are designed to provide essential nutrients like folic acid, iron, calcium, Vitamin D, and DHA to support the health of both the mother and the developing baby. They avoid high doses of preformed Vitamin A, which can be harmful during pregnancy. However, I've experienced some mild side effects like constipation and a change in stool color, which are listed as possible side effects. I'm wondering if anyone else has had similar experiences or if there are any tips to manage these side effects. Also, has anyone had to deal with more serious side effects as listed on the medication guide? I'm glad to see that there's a clear guide on how to report side effects to the FDA, just in case. Do you think this supplement is worth it, and are there any noticeable benefits you've experienced?

I've been taking these for my second pregnancy, and I definitely noticed a difference in my energy levels. No major side effects here, just a bit of nausea at first but it went away after a week.

These capsules have been a lifesaver for me. I was deficient in iron before I got pregnant, and these have really helped. I didn't experience any serious side effects, just a bit of constipation, which I managed with extra water and fiber. Highly recommend!

I got really bad stomach cramps and I had to stop taking them. My doctor suggested a different brand and I haven't had any issues since. Everyone is different, so it's best to see what works for you.

I'm on my third month of these and I've noticed my nails are stronger and my hair is growing faster. No side effects at all. Fingers crossed it continues as such!
