One Daily Multivit W/iron Tablets: What are users' experiences? Pros, cons, side effects, advice?
I've been looking into multivitamins and came across the One Daily Multivit W/iron Tablets. I need to boost my iron levels and overall health as I've been feeling run down lately. These vitamins sound great, but I'm not sure what to expect in terms of side effects or how well they work. Has anyone here tried them? I've read about potential side effects like upset stomach, constipation, or diarrhea, but I'm more concerned about the urgent side effects mentioned. Has anyone experienced these? How did you handle them? Would love to hear any advice or tips on taking these vitamins effectively. I have been using them for a few weeks, I've not experienced any adverse effects, just wondering for how long should i continue them.

I've been taking these for a few weeks now, and I've noticed a significant improvement in my energy levels. However, I did experience some constipation at first, but it went away after a couple of weeks. I make sure to drink plenty of water and eat a fibre-rich diet to help with that. Overall, I'm really happy with these vitamins. I've tried other multivitamins but these are by far the best.
I think these vitamins are fantastic. I've seen a noticeable improvement in my energy levels and overall well-being. Plus, they're easy to take – just one tablet a day. I recommend taking them with a meal to avoid any stomach upset. I've been taking them for about 6 months now and haven't had any issues. I have some iron-rich snacks in the morning, and that seems to help a lot.
I had a bad experience with these. I started getting hives and my throat felt tight. Scared the hell out of me. Went to the ER and they said it might have been an allergic reaction. Never taking them again.
I started taking these a few months ago because I was feeling really run down. I've noticed that my energy levels have improved and I don't get sick as often. I used to get really bad anemia, but ever since I started taking these, my iron levels have been normal. However, I did experience some stomach pain at first, but it went away after a week. I've been taking these for about 2 months now, and I haven't had any major side effects. I did get a bit of constipation at first, but it went away after a week. My energy levels have definitely improved, though!
I switched from a different brand to these and I think they are a bit easier on my stomach.
I noticed my stools turning green, is this normal? Should I be concerned?
I've been taking these for a few years now and I love them. I used to get really bad anemia, but ever since I started taking these, my iron levels have been normal. I take them with food to avoid any stomach issues. Highly recommend.
I'm already on some other medication, can I take this?
