I've been on Onfi (Clobazam) 20mg tablets for about six months now to manage my Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome. It's been a bit of a journey, and I'd love to hear from others who have experience with this medication. How has it worked for you? What side effects have you encountered, and how have you managed them? I've noticed some drowsiness and fatigue, but it seems to be helping with seizure control. Just curious to know if anyone else has had similar experiences or any tips for dealing with the side effects.

I've been on Onfi for a while now, and it's made a huge difference in my seizure control. The drowsiness is tough, but it's worth it to have fewer seizures.

I’ve been on Onfi for a few years now and it's been great for managing my seizures. The drowsiness is a pain, but the tradeoff is worth it. I do need to be careful with driving, though, because it makes me sleepy behind the wheel.

I wish more people talked about the mental health side effects. I had some really dark days on Onfi, and it took a while to realize it was the medication. Thankfully, my doctor was able to adjust my dosage and add some other meds to help stabilize my mood.

Be careful if you're taking other medications. Onfi can interact with a lot of them. My doctor had to adjust my entire med regimen to make sure everything played nice together.

Has anyone else dealt with extreme drooling? It's the worst. Like I have to carry around a napkin all the time.

Onfi has been a game-changer for my daughter. She used to have multiple seizures a day, but now it's down to a few a week. The side effects are tough, but we're managing with her neurologist's help. Definitely worth it to see her feeling better.

I had a really bad reaction to Onfi. I developed a rash and had trouble breathing. Had to go to the ER. Thankfully, I'm okay now, but I won't be going back to it. Has anyone else had severe reactions?
