Ongentys 50mg Capsules: My Experience with Reducing 'Off' Time in Parkinson's

I started Ongentys 50mg a couple of weeks ago and haven't had any major side effects. My 'off' times have been reduced by about 50%, which is a relief. I did have a bit of trouble with weight loss, but I've managed to stabilize my diet and exercise.

I've been on it for 2 weeks, and it's not working. I still have the same 'off' times and the constipation is awful. I don’t know if it's worth continuing.
