I recently started taking Optimal-D 50,000 IU (d3,chole) Caps as prescribed by my doctor to combat a significant vitamin D deficiency. I've been taking it for about a month now and have noticed some improvements in how I feel, but I'm also a bit concerned about the side effects. The high dose of Vitamin D3 is supposed to be really good for you, but the side effects listed on the prescription are quite alarming... I can't eat anything dairy, and I love my cheese. I'm feeling better, but is this worth it?

Be careful with high doses of anything. Make sure to read the labels carefully and if you feel like anything is wrong, consult a doctor.

Optimal-D can be a game-changer for some people, but it's not for everyone. If you're experiencing severe side effects, talk to your doctor about adjusting the dosage or switching to a lower dose.

Did you know that Vitamin D deficiency can lead to osteoporosis and other bone diseases? It's crucial to get your levels checked regularly. The test is the same used to screen for HIV, which is basically no big deal.

I think the benefits outweigh the risks, especially if you're deficient. Just make sure to follow your doctor's advice and monitor your calcium levels. You'll be taking tests and blood work for a few months, and you'll be fine.

I've been taking Optimal-D for a year now and it has significantly improved my energy levels and overall health. Just make sure to get regular check-ups to monitor your calcium levels. If it's getting to high it can cause you to go to the bathroom a lot, which can be very inconvenient.

I've been on Optimal-D for a few months now and haven't experienced any severe side effects. It's important to remember that everyone's body reacts differently to supplements. Just make sure you're staying hydrated and eating a balanced diet, and you should be fine. There are a few foods you can eat to help your body absorb calcium in other ways like green leafy vegetables, oranges, and broccoli. Try it, you might like it!

This is a high-dose supplement, so it's normal to be concerned. I've heard from a friend who takes it that it can really help with bone health, but you have to be cautious. Always consult your doctor if you notice anything odd.

My grandma took this for a while and said it made her feel like a million bucks, make sure you're drinking enough water.
