I've been taking Oxaprozin 600mg Tablets for a few weeks now, and while they've helped with my arthritis pain, I can't shake off the worry about the serious side effects. I've read about kidney problems, high blood pressure, and even liver issues. Has anyone else experienced anything like this? I'd love to hear some real-life stories and maybe get some tips on managing these potential risks. Are there any specific symptoms I should be particularly aware of? I'm not looking to stop my medication, but I want to be as informed as possible. What are the most likely side effects to experience vs. the rarer ones? It seems like the list of possible side effects is pretty long, and it's hard to tell what's really serious and what's just a mild annoyance.

Just started and I’m already feeling the buzz. Except it’s a headache and a bunch of random ass flu-like symptoms. My doc says it’s not super common but happens. Hope it doesn’t get worse...

Oh man, just got kidney problems and have to stop the medication. Pain management is no joke. Anyone know any other meds that are safer for kidneys? I’m just annoyed cause this was working so well.

I switched from ibuprofen to Oxaprozin and it’s been a game-changer for my pain levels. But I’m always paranoid about liver problems—my uncle had hepatitis and it’s scary. So I’m sticking to the recommended dose and avoiding alcohol totally. Worth it for the relief, though.

I wish my doctor had warned me about the potential for severe allergic reactions. I ended up in the ER with hives and trouble breathing. Scary stuff. Now I’m on a different medication, but it’s not as effective. Anyone else had a bad reaction?

I've been on Oxaprozin for a while and haven't had any major issues. Just some mild stomach upset, but that's about it. I've heard kidney problems can be a big deal, so I make sure to drink plenty of water and get regular check-ups. I guess everyone's experience can be different, though.
