I've recently been prescribed Oxycodone 10mg Immediate Release tablets for severe pain management. I want to know more about the potential side effects and what to look out for. Just how severe are the risks really? Is anyone else out there who has used them before and what was your experience? How did you manage any side effects you had, and what did they turn out to be like?

Oxycodone helped me a lot after my surgery, but I had to watch out for the serotonin syndrome symptoms. Definitely talk to your doctor about any other meds you’re taking.

I hope the pain relief is worth it, but I'd definitely keep a close eye on any side effects. Safety first, folks!

If you’re worried about addiction, talk to your doctor about a monitored plan. It’s all about following the prescription and staying in communication with your healthcare provider.

I’ve heard horror stories about opioid addiction, so how can I be sure not to get hooked on this? Any tips?

I took Oxycodone for a while and had no issues. Pain relief was great and no side effects. But everyone is different.

Be super careful with these. I know someone who ended up in the ER with severe breathing issues. It's no joke, and it can be dangerous.

The side effects sound terrifying. Is there any way to mitigate them or do I just have to ride it out?

I had to switch to a different pain medication because the Oxycodone made me so dizzy I could barely walk. Just my experience though, everyone’s different.

I was prescribed Oxycodone too but I experienced some pretty bad nausea and constipation. Drinking plenty of water and taking stool softeners helped a lot, although I had to talk to my doc about it. The pain relief was amazing, though.
