We recently started our child on Palforzia, the peanut allergy treatment, and have been through the escalation dose phase. It's been a rollercoaster of emotions and experiences. I've been documenting all the side effects we've encountered and would love to hear from other parents who have gone through this process. What has your experience been like? What side effects did your child have, and how severe were they? How has the medication impacted your family's lifestyle? Let's share our stories and support each other through this journey. Please also share any tips or advice you have for managing these side effects.

This medication is a game-changer. We can finally go to restaurants without constantly worrying about hidden peanuts. The side effects are nothing compared to the relief we feel.

We've been on Palforzia for a few months now, and the side effects have been manageable. My kiddo had some stomach pain and irritation at first, but it's gotten better over time. I carry an EpiPen everywhere we go just in case.

Our doctor was really clear about the serious side effects, and that put my mind at ease. We've had some hives and itching, but nothing too bad so far. Just keep an eye out for anything unusual, and always better safe than sorry.

The runny nose and sneezing were the worst for us. It felt like a bad cold for a while. But now, it's just a mild discomfort. It's a trade-off, but worth it for the peace of mind.

I've heard that Palforzia isn't a cure but a way to help manage the risk of accidental exposure. My nephew has used it and had a good experience. Is anyone else finding the same?

My kid had some trouble swallowing and speaking, which was scary. We had to adjust the dosage and monitor closely, but it got better. You have to be patient and watchful.
