I've recently started giving my 5-year-old Multivit/F 0.25mg Chewable Tablets as recommended by our pediatric dentist. The tablets are chewable and easy for my kid to take. They contain essential vitamins and minerals, plus fluoride to help strengthen their teeth, which is great since our tap water doesn't have enough fluoride. However, I've been a bit concerned about the potential side effects. Has anyone else given these to their kids? Any side effects to look out for? I'm curious to hear about others' experiences and any tips for managing side effects if they occur.

Has anyone tried other chewable multivitamins with fluoride? I'm considering switching if the side effects are too much to handle.

I tried these but the fluoride content was a bit too high for my kid. Switch back to regular vitamins and fluoride supplements separately. Works for us!

We had a bit of an upset stomach initially, but it resolved pretty quickly. Just monitor their intake and you should be fine. Plus, the dentist loves how strong their teeth are getting!

My doctor suggested these to help with my kid's vitamin deficiencies and they've been great. One tip: make sure your child doesn't take them on an empty stomach to avoid upset stomachs.

I've been giving these to my kids for months and haven’t noticed any issues. They love the chewable tablets, and I’m happy with the fluoride for their teeth.
