Paroxetine 30mg Tablets: How has this medication impacted your life with depression or anxiety?
I was recently prescribed Paroxetine 30mg Tablets for my anxiety and premenstrual dysphoric disorder. I've heard it can be a game-changer, but I'm also nervous about the potential side effects. Has anyone had experience with this medication? How did you handle the side effects, and did the benefits outweigh any negative symptoms? Any advice or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated!

Stay hydrated, it helped me a lot with the dizziness. Also, it can take a few weeks to start feeling the effects, so don't give up too soon.
Beware of the sexual side effects! They can be tough to deal with. My doc switched me to a different med after a while, but it did help initially.
Paroxetine is tough to manage, but it's worth it in the end. I had some dizziness and sweating, but it made me feel so much better. Hang in there!
My doctor warned me about the serotonin syndrome, but it didn't happen to me. Just be careful and don't mix it with other meds without consulting your doctor.
I started taking it for OCD and it really helped. I felt more in control of my thoughts, but I had some strange dreams at first.
Paroxetine made me feel like a zombie. I couldn't function at all. But everyone is different, so you might have a better experience.
