I was prescribed Paroxetine 7.5mg capsules to help with menopausal hot flashes and night sweats. I've been taking them for a couple of months now and have noticed a reduction in symptoms. However, I've experienced some dizziness and a bit of nausea. Has anyone else had any similar side effects? Are there any tips or tricks for managing them? I'd love to hear from others who have been on this medication.

Sorry to hear about the nausea, but glad to know it's helping! Have you tried taking it with food or at a different time of day?

I’ve heard that Paroxetine can be a bit hard on your liver. Anyone had issues with that?

I've been on Paroxetine for a while, and it's definitely helped with the night sweats, but I get headaches sometimes. I've talked to my doctor about it, and we're monitoring it closely. It's important to stay in touch with your healthcare provider if you experience any side effects.

I asked my doctor about the sexual side effects, and she said to try lowering the dose if it's an issue. Has anyone tried switching to a lower dose?

I started taking Paroxetine a few months ago to handle night sweats and hot flashes. It's been a game-changer, but I did experience some dry mouth and constipation at first. I found that staying hydrated and eating more fiber helped a lot.

I started Paroxetine a month ago and haven't really noticed a lot of difference yet. Should I give it more time or talk to my doctor about adjusting the dose?

Paroxetine has been a lifesaver for me. I had terrible hot flashes, and this has really reduced them. I didn't experience any of the serious side effects, but I did feel a bit more nervous and drowsy at first. It leveled out after a week or so.

I was so worried about the side effects, but I've been lucky and haven't had any major issues. Just a bit of dry mouth, but it's worth it for the relief from hot flashes.
