I switched from another SSRI to Paroxetine ER and noticed a big difference. The extended-release formula really helps with mood stability throughout the day. But I did have some initial side effects like nausea and dizziness, but they subsided after a few weeks.
If anyone experiences severe dizziness or fainting, please go to the hospital. It's not worth the risk.
