I was prescribed Paroxetine ER 25mg Tablets to manage my anxiety and panic attacks. The extended-release formulation has made a significant difference in my daily life. The medication has helped regulate my mood and reduce anxiety levels. However, I've noticed a few side effects like dizziness and occasional drowsiness, but nothing too severe. I'm curious to hear from others who have tried this medication. Did you experience similar side effects? How long did it take for you to see improvements? And how does this compare with other SSRIs?

I switched from another SSRI to Paroxetine ER and noticed a big difference. The extended-release formula really helps with mood stability throughout the day. But I did have some initial side effects like nausea and dizziness, but they subsided after a few weeks.

If anyone experiences severe dizziness or fainting, please go to the hospital. It's not worth the risk.

It took me about 4-6 weeks to see some real improvements. Hang in there, it's worth it.

How long did it take for you to see improvements? I've been feeling a bit impatient.

I had a really bad experience with this. I got serotonin syndrome after taking it with another medication. Scary stuff, be careful.

I'm glad I found this thread. I'm thinking of taking Paroxetine but I'm worried about the side effects. I'm especially concerned about the low sodium levels.

I was really nervous about taking Paroxetine ER, but my doctor assured me that the side effects are manageable. It really helped with the panic attacks and the extended-release made it manageable.

Be on the lookout for signs of serotonin syndrome. It's rare but serious. Fever, rapid heartbeat, muscle stiffness—these are all red flags.
