I've been dealing with occasional constipation and my doctor recommended PEG 3350 Powder Packets. I've started using them and they seem to be helping, but I'm curious to hear from others who have used this laxative. How have your experiences been? Any side effects or tips to share? I'd love to know if anyone has found a way to make the taste better, or how often you use it without building up tolerance or dependency. What do you do to prevent having to rely on laxatives. And if you have had negative experiences, what steps did you take to talk to your doctor about alternatives?

I had no idea that rectal bleeding could be a side effect. I've only had diarrhea and stomach cramps, so I'm glad I didn't experience that. I think it's important to note that if you experience any of the urgent side effects, you need to get medical attention right away. Don't wait it out.

I had to stop using PEG 3350 because it gave me terrible hiccups. Never had that side effect before. I switched to another laxative and it's been fine since then.

I had a really bad experience with PEG 3350. I started having severe stomach pain and even some rectal bleeding. I had to stop taking it immediately and consult my doctor. Turns out, I had some underlying issues that made it not suitable for me. Everyone's different, so be cautious and listen to your body.

I've been using PEG 3350 for a few months now and it's been great. I mix it with some apple juice and it's not too bad. I've had some bloating and cramps, but nothing too severe. I've also noticed that if I don't drink enough water, it doesn't work as well. So, stay hydrated, everyone!

I've been using PEG 3350 for about a month now and it's been working well for me. I haven't had any major side effects, just some mild gas and bloating. I drink plenty of water and eat a high-fiber diet to support its effects. I also make sure to take it at night before bed so I can be near a bathroom in the morning.

I took PEG 3350 once and it gave me the worst diarrhea. Never again!
