Serious question: how does Pegasys compare to other treatments like Epclusa? I've heard great things but I'm not sure if the side effects are worth it.
I had some really bad injection site irritation at first. It turned into a nasty ulcer. I didn't know what that was at the time. My doctor recommended adding a cold compress to the area for a few minutes before and after the injection... it helps a lot.
I thought I was going to die from the side effects. Literally. Then I realized that it's all relative. A good friend of mine went through it and now is in the clear. Keep it up, guys!
I had a really bad experience with Pegasys. I started having some weird mood swings and my doctor had to switch me to something else. I'm not sure if it was the Pegasys or something else, but it was scary for a while. Have you heard about people experiencing this?
