I was recently prescribed Perampanel 2mg Tablets to help control my seizures. So far, it seems to be working, but I've been experiencing some side effects that have me a bit concerned. The medication is taken once a day at bedtime, which has been convenient, but I've been dealing with some dizziness and drowsiness during the day. I'm curious to hear from others who have taken this medication and their experiences. Have any of you had similar side effects, and if so, how did you manage them? Has anyone else had trouble with weight gain? I've gained a significant amount since starting Perampanel, and it’s been really tough to manage. I'm trying to diet and exercise, but it's a struggle. I’m hoping there are other ways to control these side effects.

I had to stop taking it because of severe dizziness. It was so bad that I couldn’t even walk straight. I had to switch to a different medication, and I’m hoping it works out better.
I was worried about the liver problems listed as a possible side effect. I had a friend who had to stop taking it because of liver issues. It’s definitely something to keep an eye on.
I've been on perampanel for almost a year now, i feel like it has been really helpful. I haven't experienced any of the serious side effects, but i do get a bit dizzy sometimes. I would recommend trying it if you're struggling with seizures, it could really help.
I had a really scary experience with Perampanel. I started to feel really confused and had some hallucinations. It was terrifying, and I had to go to the ER right away. Turns out, it was a serious side effect, and I had to be taken off the medication immediately. It’s a pretty scary thought, but it’s important to be aware of these symptoms.
