I was on Phendimetrazine for a few weeks and it just didn't agree with me. I had horrible headaches, restlessness, and the worst dry mouth. I was Googling mouthwash in the middle of the night. I stuck it out for a bit, but eventually, I just couldn't take it anymore and I had to stop. Sorry to hear your side effects are tough.

Be careful with this stuff. I know someone who ended up in the hospital with high blood pressure after taking it. Make sure you're regularly checking your blood pressure and talking to your doctor. Headaches and dizziness are no fun.
Watch out for chest pain, that's a big one. I had this tightness in my chest and I was like, "oh it's just gas" but I was wrong. Turns out, it was a side effect of the medication. I had to stop taking it and it went away. Just be careful and listen to your body.
