I recently started taking Phospho-Trin K 500 Tablets to help with my kidney stone prevention. I've heard mixed reviews about this medication. Has anyone else had experience with it? I'm curious about the side effects, especially the urgent ones like difficulty urinating, and how to manage them. I've also seen the information about reporting side effects to the FDA. Has anyone had to take that step? I'd love to hear from people who have gone through this and how they managed their experiences.

Does anyone know if there are any long-term effects of taking these regularly?

I had to take these for a week after surgery to help with my muscle cramps. My doctor warned me about the possible side effects, but I didn't experience any. Just a little stomach upset, which I handled with some Pepto.

Make sure you get the correct dose. Too much can literally kill you.

I had no idea this could help with kidney stones. Definitely worth a shot if you're dealing with that.

I’ve had to report some of the side effects to the FDA. It was a bit of a process, but I think it’s important to get it out there, especially for symptoms like high potassium levels. Check out the FDA website. It’s pretty straightforward.

I started taking these for my bone health and I feel like they have helped. You really need to consult your doctor for side effects. I had none, but I know some people had a rough time.

Be careful with these if you have existing heart issues. High potassium levels can be dangerous.

I've been on these for a while and they've helped a lot with my mineral levels. Just make sure to stay hydrated!

I had some strange symptoms when I started taking them. I could barely move my arms and it was painful. I thought I was having a heart attack. Turns out it was a side effect. Skipped the rest of the prescription and I was fine.
